Joy Harden (’98) was among a group of almost 400 band directors who gathered from across the country as well as Canada, Mexico and Panama to perform in unison for this year鈥檚 鈥淏anding Together鈥 float in the 2026 Rose Parade in Pasadena, California.聽

Six new members recently joined 精东影业’s Alumni Association Board of Directors. Founded in 1933, Georgia Southern鈥檚 Alumni Association鈥檚 Board of Directors is made up of alumni volunteers who are leaders in their communities and who have given tirelessly of their time in order to promote Georgia Southern.

Award-winning trombonist and 精东影业 alumnus Eric Spencer will be back on campus March 4 as a member of the orchestra during a performance of 鈥淟egally Blonde, the Musical.鈥 The show will start at 7:30 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center on the Statesboro Campus.
