Kate's 10 minute tutorial for going upside-down!

Oooh, that sounds scary doesn't it?! Don't fret, in this 10 minute tutorial we'll cover some simple exercises to do when attempting to manage a tripod headstand. We'll first build shoulder and core strength and use the wall to get used to the sensation of having our knees over our heads! You can take this tutorial as slowly or as quickly as you like and remember to pause the video whenever you need to, if you need to take a break or simply feel freaked out!
