'Embracing your Uniqueness' Yoga Class

Service Description

I will lead you through a beautiful 60 min Yoga flow that will bring you into a state of true connection to your breath, yourself and to your higher power.  During this class I will observe you and notice where you seem to be feeling your most comfortable and vibrant. I will see you begin to activate your radiance and at the end of class, we can talk about what feels best for you and how you would like to proceed when we start the artistic process.
